Welcome to the Website of this exciting new initiative in Calgary. This is a fun and competitive daytime league for seniors who are aged 60+ by the end of the calendar year. We play doubles tennis (men’s, ladies, and mixed doubles) on Wednesdays throughout the City of Calgary (both outdoor and indoor courts) followed by optional get togethers over food and drink. We play during June, July and August. We have 10 teams committed to play in 2026 and we have large rosters to account for vacation time, injury or illnesses.
Participation in the league is free to all players.
We enjoyed a very successful first full season in 2023. In 2024 we added two teams and had over 200 active players. In 2025, 8 teams enjoyed home and away matches against each other. With an additional 2 teams joining in 2026 we are looking forward to another great season.
Openings are currently available to members of the public as well as members of the participating clubs and a waiting list will be maintained.
